<br /> five, made and executed by Ida M. Lyons & her husband to O. J. Smith on the north-west
<br /> quarter (17W ) of Section Twelve (12) in Township Twelve (12) North of Range Twelve (12) ,
<br /> West of 6 P. M. in Hall County, State of Nebraska, (and assigned by C. J. Smith to
<br /> J . G. Smith by Indenture dated April 20th, A.D. 1895, which assignment is recorded in
<br /> Book 15 of Assignment of Mortgages, page 89 in Hall County records) and which mortgage is
<br /> recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Hall County, Neb. in book 24 of
