<br /> SATISFACTION CF MORTGAGE: The note for S'1500 secured by a certain mortgage, dated the
<br /> 16th day of February, A. D. 1U04 executed by William B. Rounds and Ida A. Rounds, nis
<br /> wife, and recorded in the Recorder' s office of Hall County Nebraska, in Book 32 of
<br /> mortgages at page 393 having been fully paid, said Mortgage is hereby released and dis-
<br /> charged. In Witness Thereof, the Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company has caused this
<br /> instrument to be executed on its behalf, under its seal, by Jonathan R. Dunce, as President
<br /> of its Board of Directors and Presiding Member thereof, on this 27th day of February, 1909.

<br /> Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of said county, on the 23
<br /> day of march in the year 1908, in Rook 30 of mortgages, at rage 508 together with the
<br /> notes or obligations therein described, without recourse on me in any event or for any
<br /> cause . To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of second part , his executors,
<br /> administrators, or assigns subject only to the provisions in the said Indenture of
<br /> Mortgage contained.
