<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dell Thompson, of the county
<br /> of Hall and State of Nebr. in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars, to him
<br /> hand paid, has sold; and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto The
<br /> Cairo State Bank of the County of Hall and State of Nebr. a certain Mortgage bearing date
<br /> the 2d day of March, A.D. 1909 made by Richard Runge and Emma Runge, in favor of Dell
<br /> Thompson, together with the notes and obligations secured thereby, which said Mortgage was
<br /> recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 40 of
<br /> Mortgages, at Page 86, and conveys the following described premises, situated in said
<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit : The North half of the North-west quarter
<br /> of section twenty-one (21) , in Township Twelve (12) , North, Range Twelve (12) , West of
<br /> the Sixth P. M. and containing Eighty acres, more or less, according to government survey.
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said Cairo State Bank, executors, administrators,
<br /> or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Morltgage contained.
