<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the AETNA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, of Hartford, Conn.
<br /> a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut, for and in con--
<br /> sideration of One Dollar the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby remise,
<br /> convey, release, and quit-claim unto Ellen A. Dodge, in her own right and Freeman C.
<br /> Dodge, her husband of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, all the right , title,
<br /> and interest in and to the following described land, viz: The East hall of the rortn-east
<br /> quarter of section 28, township 11, north, Range 12, West, containing 80 acres more or
<br /> less. Said land being a part of the land described in a certain Mortgage, executed by
<br /> Ellen A. Dodge, in her own right & Freeman C. Dodge, her husband, dated the 4th day of
<br /> August, 1906, and recorded in the Recorder' s Office of Hall County, State of Nebraska,
<br /> in Book 35 of Mortgages on page 409. This release is given on condition that the other
<br /> land described in aforesaid mortgage and incumbered by it , shall not be affected by this
<br /> release, but said mortgage shall remain in full force and virtue as to such other land,
<br /> without prejudice to the rights of said mortgagee under the efame.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Company has signed and sealed this by its President ,
<br /> Secretary, the 16th day of August, 1909.
