<br /> Peoria, and State of Illinois, and P. K. Bourke, for and in consideration of One Dollar
<br /> to us in hand paid, and for other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby confessed, do hereby convey, release and quit-claim unto Albion P. Drake and
<br /> Swan C. Drake, his wife of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, their heirs and
<br /> assigns, all the right , title , interest , clai ; or demand whatsoever we may have acquired
<br /> in, through or by a certain Trust Deed bearing date the nineteenth day of May, A.D. 1906 ,
<br /> and recorded in the Recorder' s office of hall County, Nebraska, in Book 35 of Mtgs, page
<br /> 381 and to the premises therein described; which said Trust Deed was made to secure one
<br /> certain promissory note bearing even_ date therewith, for the aggregate sum of Five
