<br /> RELEASE OF L!CRTGAGE.
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Grand Island College, a corporation of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the payment of the debt named
<br /> therein, does hereby release and satisfy a certain mortgage made by Frank L. Rickard and
<br /> Augusta Rickard, his wife, dated July 28, 1903, unto the Grand Island College, which
<br /> mortgage conveyed the following described premises situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to-
<br /> wit : The South half of the South-west quarter of section number 11, Township 12, Range
<br /> 11, West . Said mortgage was for the sum of Iti100 00 and was recorded in Book 32 of Mort-
<br /> gages at Page 272 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska. In Witness Whereof, the
<br /> said Grand Island College has caused these presents to be duly executed by W. H. Thompson,
<br /> President , G.B.Bell, Secretary and L.S. Mo'e, Treasurer of the endowment committee of said
<br /> College, they being duly empowered in the premises, and attested by
<br /> its Corporate Seal.
