<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Ephraim A. Jones, of
<br /> the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the slit of Fourteen
<br /> Hundred forty- hree.00-100 Dollars, to me in hand paid, have sold . and by these presents
<br /> do sell, assign and transfer unto W. R. McAllister of the County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska, a certain Mortgage bearing date the 16th day of July, A.D. 1904, made by
<br /> 11 William H. McDowell and wife in favor of Ephraim A. Jones, together with the note and
<br /> obligations secured thereby, which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the
<br /> County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in Book 32 of Mortgages, at Page 502, and con-
<br /> veys the following described premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska., to-wit: The North half of the North-oast Quarter (Ni of NE4) and the north
<br /> half of the Northwest quarter (Ni of NW4J all of Section Eighteen (18) , Township Nine
<br /> ofthe 6th P.M. containing160 acres more or less.
<br /> (9) , North, of Range ten (10) , West
<br /> r
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said W. R. McAllister, his executors, administra-
<br /> tors, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.

<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the ANTHONY LOAN & TRUST COMPANY, of Omaha, Nebraska,
<br /> a corporation existing under the laws of said State, for and in consideration of One
<br /> Dollar, to it in hand paid, doth hereby release and quit-claim unto John Reynolds and
<br /> Margaret Reynolds, his wife, of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, their heirs
<br /> . and assigns, all the right , title and interest it may have acquired in, through or by a
<br /> certain Mortgage, bearing date the 25th day of March A. D. 1895, recorded in the office
<br /> IIof the Recorder or Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in book 24 of Mortgages,
<br /> page 556, and given to secure the payment of Cne Hundred sixty ($160 00) Dollars;
<br /> The said ANTHONY LOAN & TRUST COMPANY certified that its By-laws provide that its
<br /> President , Vice-President or Secretary may execute any and all releases and satisfaction
<br /> pieces for and in behalf of such corporation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Anthony Loan
<br /> & Trust Company, has caused these presents to be signed, sealed and acknowledged by one
<br /> of its officers, thereunto duly authorized and has affixed hbreto its corporate seal
<br /> this 1st day of October, A.D. 1897 .
