<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Louise Hedde, executrix
<br /> of the Will of Fred Hedde , deceased, of the first part , in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Fifteen Hundred 00-100 Dollars to me in hand paid by Theodore Scherzberg of the second
<br /> part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and by these presents do sell
<br /> assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mort-
<br /> gage bearing date the 14th day of July, in the year 1902, made by William Lammers and
<br /> wife in favor of Fred Hedde, and conveying the South half of the North-east Quarter and
<br /> the North half of the South-bast Quarter (Si NEy-1, & N2 SE-11.) of Section Eighteen (18) in
<br /> Township Nine (9) , North of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. containing 160 acres,
<br /> according to the Government survey thereof, situate in Hall county, in the state of
<br /> II Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of said county, on the 14th
<br /> day of July, in the year 1902, in Book 31 of Mortgages, at page 146 together with the
<br /> notes or obligations therein described, without recourse on me in any event or for any
<br /> cause. To Have and To Hold the same tinto the said party of second part, his executors,
<br /> administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said Indenture of
<br /> Mortgage contained. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th
<br /> day of July in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and nine .
