<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL LIEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Arthur C. Mayer, of the
<br /> first part , in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars, to me in hand paid by
<br /> Mary S. Wells, of the second part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold,
<br /> and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second
<br /> part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 27" day of May in the year 1909,
<br /> made by Amanda M. Hall and others in favor of Arthur C. Mayer, and conveying W2 of NE*
<br /> and E of NMTµ of Section 34, town 12, range 12, West 6" P.M. in Hall County, in the State
<br /> of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of said county, on the
<br /> 27" day of May in the year 1909 in book 38 of mortgages, on page 349 together with the
<br /> notes or obligations therein described, without recourse or in any event or for any cause.
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part , her executors, admin
<br /> istmators or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage
<br /> contained. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10" day of June
<br /> in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine .

<br /> RELEASE OF MORTGAGE: IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the Bank
<br /> of Bellwood hereby releases the mortgage made to it by John Crouch and wife on the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit : The east half of the
<br /> South-west Quarter and the West half of the South-cast Quarter of Section 32 in township 11,
<br /> North, Range 10 of the 6th P.M. , which is recorded in Book 35 of Real Estate Mortgages,
<br /> page 550 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska. In Testimony Thereof, the said Bank of
<br /> Bellwood has caused these presents to be executed by its President and its Corporate Seal
<br /> to be affixed hereto, this 8 Day of June, 1909 .
