<br /> County of Lancaster, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
<br /> Dollars, to it in hand paid, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and trans-
<br /> fer unto Mary A. Woolley of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain mortgage
<br /> bearing date the 18th day of May, A.D. 1903 made by Frank T. Smith & Ida A. Smith in
<br /> II favor of S.A.Foster Lumber Co . together with the notes and obligations secured thereby
<br /> which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the State of
<br /> Nebraska, in Book 32 of Mortgages, at Page 226, and conveys the following described prem-
<br /> ises situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The West half of the
<br /> North-east quarter of Section 22, Tp 9, N. of Range 12. To Have and To Hold the same
<br /> IIunto the said Mary A. Woolley, executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to
<br /> the provisos in said Mortgage contained. Da-ted this sixth day of Sept . A.D. 1904 .

<br /> ship Eleven (11) , North of Range Twelve (12) , West, which was recorded on the 5" day of
<br /> July, 1907, in Book 31 of Mortgages, at Page 541 of the mortgage records of Hall County,
