<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: Know All Men By These Presents: that George B. Bell of the
<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
<br /> to him in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto
<br /> Richard Guendel & C.R.Heusinger, executors, of the county of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br /> a certain Mortgage bearing date the 18 day of Feby, 1909, made by George A. Tilley, & Wife
<br /> in favor of George B. Bell, together with the notes and obligations secured thereby,
<br /> which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of
<br /> Nebraska, in Book 37 of Mortgages, at page 95 and conveys the following described premises,
<br /> situated in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit : The south half of the
<br /> south-east quarter of section twenty-six (26) and the east half of the southwest quarter
<br /> of section thirty-three (33) all in township twelve (12) north range nine (9) . To Have
<br /> and to Hold the same unto the said Grantees executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only
<br /> to the provisos in said Mortgage contained. Dated this 28 day of May, A.D.1909 .
