<br /> in hand paid by The First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, of the second part, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign
<br /> and transfer unto the said part=of the second rart a certain Mortgage bearing date the 21st
<br /> day of May, in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine made by Frederick Frei, Jr. and
<br /> Emma Frei, husband and wife, to THE MOREAU LIVE STOCK COMPANY, and conveying the following
<br /> lands in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit : The South nine acres off the east half of the
<br /> south-east quarter of section four in township eleven, north of range nine, west of the
<br /> 6" P.M. which said mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk in the said
<br /> County of Hall on the ----day of in the year 1909 at --o' clock--M. in BookfE of
<br /> Mortgages, at Page/ltogether with the notes or obligations therein described. To Have
<br /> and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part , its successors, or assigns,
