<br /> in the State of Nebraska,, on page 458 &c . , being the same mortgage assigned by Frank
<br /> E. Slusser, to said William L. Dutcher, by assignment executed December First, nineteen
<br /> hundred and six, and recorded in the records of said county, in Book Number 18 of assign-
<br /> "' ments on page 279 &c . Together with the note or obligation and coupons attached therein
<br /> described and secured thereby, and the money due and to grow due thereon, with interest .
