<br /> Jersey, hereby certifies that it has received full payment of all sums due on a certain
<br /> Mortgage, dated the 4" day of August A.D.1900 executed by David W. Lowell and Susan R.
<br /> his wife, and recorded in book 28 at page 91, of the record- of mortgages in the County
<br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska, or on the notes therein mentioned and described; and does
<br /> hereby acknowledge full satisfaction of said mortgage, to the intent that the same may be
<br /> discharged of record. In witness whereof, the said Company has caused this instrument to
<br /> be signed by its President , and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 7" day of August ,

<br /> the corporate seal of said corporation, and was so affixed by its order; that he saw
<br /> Frederick Frelinghuysen, known to him to be the President of said corporation, sign said
<br /> instrument , and heard him, declare that he signed, sealed and delivered the same as the
<br /> voluntary act and deed of said corporation, by its order; and that deponent signed his

<br /> foregoing instrument , was, at the date thereof, a Master in Chancery of New Jersey,
<br /> residing in said County, duly commissioned and sworn, and authorized by the laws of the
<br /> State of New Jersey, to take and certify acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments
