<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, William B. Porter of
<br /> Cook County, Illinois, the party of the first part , in consideration of the sum of Five
<br /> Thousand Two Hundred & Ninety Six & 67-100 ($5296 67) Dollars, lawful money of the United
<br /> States of America, to me in hand paid by the Oak Park Trust & Savings Bank of Oak Park,
<br /> Illinois, the party of the second part , at or before the engealing and delivery of these
<br /> presents, the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowledged have gran4ed, bargained, sold,
<br /> assigned, transferred, and set over, and, by these presents, do grant , bargain, sell,
<br /> assign, transfer, and set over unto the said party of the second part , their heirs,
<br /> executors , administrators, and assigns, a certain Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the
<br /> 15th day of May in the year one thousand nine hundred & eight (1908) made by Theodore
<br /> A. Coplin & Lucy Coplin, his wife, and all my right , title, and interest to the premises

<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, which said Mortgage is recorded in ' the Recorder's Office of
<br /> the County of Hall in the state of Nebraska, in Book No. 40 of Mortgages, at page 20.
<br /> Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to grow due thereon, with
<br /> the interest, to have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part , their
<br /> executors, administrators, or assigns forever; subject only to the provisos in the said
<br /> All
<br /> Indenture of Mortgage contained. And I do, for my heirs, executors, and administrators,
<br /> covenant with the said party of the second part , their heirs, executors, administrators,
<br /> and assigns, that there is now actually owing on said note, and mortgage, in principal
<br /> and interest , Five Thousand two hundred & ninety-six & 67-100 , Dollars, and that I have

<br /> good right to assign the same: And I do hereby make, constitute, and appoint the said
<br /> party of the second part , my true and lawful Attorney, irrevocably, in my name,
<br /> or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have, us$, and take all
<br /> lawful ways, and means for the recovery of the said money and interest, and, in case of
<br /> payment, to discharge the same as fully as I might, or could do, if these presents were
