<br /> of Big Horn, and State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Sixteen Hundred Eighty-
<br /> five and no-loo •Dollars, to him in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, a-
<br /> ssign and transfer unto the Cairo State Bank of the County of Hall and State of Nebr a certain
<br /> Mortgage bearing date the 5th day of March A. D. 1908, made by Asenath McAlevy and L. D.
<br /> McAlevy in favor of H. G. ctill together with the notes and obligations secured thereby,
<br /> which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the State of
<br /> - Nebraska, in Book 38 of Mortgages, at page 10 4, and conveys the following described prem-
<br /> ises, situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The west eighty (80) a
<br /> acres of the north-west quarter of Section thirty (30) in township twelve (12) North, of •
<br /> Range Eleven (11) , West of the Sixth principal meridian in Nebraska. To Have and to Hold
<br /> the same unto the said Cairo State Bank, }lair executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only
<br /> to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.

<br /> me duly sworn, did say; that he is the Treasurer of The Mutual Benefit Life Insurance
<br /> Company, the grantor named in the foregoing instrument; that the seal affixed thereto is
<br /> the corporate seal of said corporation, and was so affixed by its order; that he saw
<br /> Frederick Frelinghuysen, known to him to be the President of said corporation, sign said
<br /> instrument , and heard him declare that he signed, sealed and delivered. the same as the
<br /> voluntary act and deed of said corporation, by its order; and that deponent signed his
<br /> name thereto , at the same time, as an attesting witness .
