<br /> of One Dollar to us in hand paid, and for other good and valuable considerations, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby confessed, do hereby convey, release and quit-claim unto
<br /> George T. Burmood & Fannie 0. Burmood, his wife of the county of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska, their heirs and assigns, all the right, title, interest , claim or demand what-
<br /> soever we may have acquired, through or by a certain Trust Deed bearing date the thir-
<br /> teenth (13th) day of March A. D. c1895, and recorded in the Recorder's office of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, in book 24 of Mortgages page 477 and to the premises therein described;
<br /> which said Trust Deed was made to secure one (1) certain promissory note bearing even
<br /> date therewith for the aggregate sum of Fifteen Hundred 41500 00) Dollars which has

<br /> 306, did grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Clark H. Irish of the City and County of
<br /> Denver, in the State of Colorado , formerly of Hall Co. State of Neb. certain real estate
<br /> in said Mortgage Deed described, to secure the payment of one certain promissory note,
<br /> with interest and all charges thereon, as in said Mortgage Deed and Note, mentioned; and
<br /> whereas said Mortgage Deed and note have been----. And Whereas, the said Peter Diekman
<br /> and Margaretha Diekman have paid and fully satisfied said note, together with all interest
<br /> and charges thereon, according to the tenor; Now Therefore, In consideration of the
<br /> premises, and in the further consideration of the sum of One Dollar, in hand paid by the
<br /> said Peter ,piekman and Margaretha Diekman the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
