<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE : Know All Men by these presents; that W. C. Robbins of the first
<br /> part , in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand and fifty Dollars, to him in had
<br /> paid by H. J. Robbins of the second part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br /> have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of
<br /> the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 25th day of January,
<br /> in the year 1901, made by John E. Lough in favor of H. J. Robbins , and conveying South
<br /> West Quarter Section Eight (8) and Northeast ouarter of the North West Quarter Section
<br /> Seventeen (17) Township Ten (10) Range Twelve (12) in Hall County, in the State of
<br /> Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of said county, on the
<br /> 29th day of January, in the year 1901 in Book 28 of Mortgages, at page 200 togeth-er
<br /> with the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse on me in any event
<br /> or for any cause; To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part,
<br /> his executors , administrators, or assigns , subject only to the pro-risos in the said
<br /> Indenture of Mortgage contained. In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
<br /> seal. this 25th day of February, in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred Four.
