<br /> in Chancery of New Jersey, personally appeared Samuel W. Baldwin, to me known, who, being
<br /> by me duly sworn, did say:• that he is the Treasurer of The Mutual Benefit Life Insurance
<br /> Company, the grantor named in the foregoing instrument; that the seal affixed thereto is
<br /> the corporate seal of said corporation, and was so affixed by its order; that he saw
<br /> Frederick Frelinghuysen, known to him to be the President of said corporation, sign said
<br /> instrument, and heard him declare that he signed, sealed and delivered the same as the
<br /> voluntary act and deed of said corporation, by its order; and that deponent signed his
<br /> name thereto, at the same time , as attesting witness. Subscribed and sworn before me,
<br /> at Newark, the day and year 'aforesaid.

<br /> E. Weeks whose name is subscribed to the certificate of acknowledgment or proof of the
<br /> foregoing instrument , was , at the date thereof, a Master in Chancery of New Jersey, resid-
<br /> ing in said County, duly commissioned and sworn, and authorized by the laws of the State
<br /> of New Jersey' to take and certify acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments in
<br /> writing therein; that I am wellacquainted with the handwriting of said Master in Chancery:
<br /> that I verily believe that the signature of said Charles E. Weeks, subscribed to said
<br /> certificate, is genuine , and that the said instrument is executed, acknowledged and proved
