<br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the Cornell University, of
<br /> Ithaca, New Yo4, hereby releases and discharges the Mortgage made by Mark J. Ryan, single
<br /> to E. H. Walters and J. G. Wadsworth, which mortgage is recorded in book 27 of Mortgages ,
<br /> page 541 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, the said mortgage having been assigned by
<br /> said E. H. Walters and J. G. Wadsworth to the said Cornell TTniversity, which assignment
<br /> is recorded in Book 17 Page 436 of the records of said Hall County. In Testimony whereof,
<br /> the Cornell University, of Ithaca, New York, has caused these presents to be signed by its
<br /> Assistant Treasurer, and its corporate seal to be affixed this 5th day of February, 1909.

<br /> of said corporation by authority of its Board of Trustees , and said Chas. D. Bostwick
