<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: Know All Men By These Presents , that C. F. Bentley of the county
<br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand & no/,'100 Dollars
<br /> to him in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto
<br /> Ann Greenwood of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date
<br /> the 15" day of March, A. D. 1902 made by Douglass Gilbert and Ida M. Gilbert , his wife, in
<br /> favor of C. F. Bentley, together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which
<br /> said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska
<br /> in Book 31 of Mortgages, at Page 119, and conveys the following described premises, situated
<br /> in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: NE} of Section 8, Tp. 11, North of
<br /> Range 10 west of 6th P.M. To Have and To Hold the same unto the said Ann Greenwood, her
<br /> executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage
<br /> contained. Dated this 27th day of March, A. D. 1902.

<br /> of Hastings, Nebraska, hereby releases the mortgage made to said Bank of Commerce by
<br /> John Schmidt and wife on the following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit : The North-West Quarter and the North Half of the South West Quarter
<br /> of Section Twenty-three (23) Town Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West 6" P.M. which is
<br /> recorded in Book 35 of Peal Estate, Mortgages., page 257 of the Records of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, In Testimony Whereof the said Bank of Commerce has caused these presents to be
<br /> executed by its President and Its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 16th day of
<br /> `February 1909.
