<br /> IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the Bank of Commerce
<br /> of Hastings, Neb. hereby releases the mortgage made to Jacob Kistler ( and assigned to
<br /> said bank) by JErgen Theen and wife on the following described real estate situated in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lots 4 and 5, and South half off- South-west Quarter of sec-
<br /> tion 16 in Township 9 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. which is recorded in Book 35
<br /> of real estate mortgages, page 579 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska. In testimony
<br /> whereof, the said Bank of Commerce has caused these presents to be executed by its
<br /> President and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this sixth day of February, 1909.

<br /> received, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto the Bank of
<br /> Commerce of Hastings, Neb. of the second part, a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing dam
<br /> the first day of June in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Six made by JErgen Theen
<br /> and Allji Theen in favor of Jacob Kistler and conveying Lots 4 and 5 and 34 of SIN } all in
<br /> Section No. 15 in Township No. 9, North in Range No. 11 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County
<br /> in the State of Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded in the office of Register
<br /> of Deeds in the said County of Hall on the 4th day of June , in the year 1906, in Book, 35
<br /> of Mortgages , at page 379 together with the notes or obligations therein described, with-
<br /> out recourse on me in any event or for any cause: To have and to hold the same unto
<br /> the said party of the second part, its executors, administrators , or assigns, subject on'y
<br /> to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage contained. In witness whereof, I have
<br /> hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of February, in the year One Thousand Nine
