Camp, Decd of the first part , in consideration <br /> of the sum of Fifteen Hundred Forty-five Dollars , to me in hand paid by Edwin Pfeil of the <br /> second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents <br /> do sell, assign and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture . <br /> of Mortgage bearing date the 26th day of April, in the year one Thousand Nine Hundred and <br /> Seven (1907 ) made by Wilfred H. Harris in favor of A. H. Cramer and assigned to W. W. <br /> Camp , deceased, and conveying the following described property The north half• of the <br /> North-west quarter (N kW*) of Section Twenty-two (22 ) , Township eleven (il) North , Range <br /> eleven (11) West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska and which said <br /> mortgage was recorded in the office of Register of Deeds in the County of Hall on the 29th <br /> day of April in the year 1907 in Book 35 of Mortgages, at page 567 , together with the <br /> notes or obligations therein describedwithout recourse on me , in any event or for any <br /> cause; To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part , his executors <br /> administrators , or assigns , subject only to the provisos of the said Indenture of Mortgage <br /> contained.
