<br /> Dollar, and for other good and valuable considerations , the receipt whereof is hereby con-
<br /> fessed, do hereby remise, convey, release and quit-claim unto John W. Dangler and Ella B.
<br /> Dangler, his wife of the village of Doniphan of the County of Hall State of Nebraska, all
<br /> the right , title , interest , claim or demand whatsoever, I may have acquired in, through
<br /> or by a certain Mortgage deed, bearing date the twenty-first day of February A.D. 1906,
<br /> and recorded in the Recorder' s Office of Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, in book 35
<br /> of Mortgages, page 281, to the premises therein described, as follows , to-wit : The west
<br /> half of the north-east quarter of Section No. Twenty four and situated in the County of Hall
