<br /> Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars,to him in hand
<br /> paid,has sold,and by these presents do seil,assign and transfer unto M.L.Dolan of the
<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date the 1"day of Sept-
<br /> ember 1908 made by Albert J .. ilsinger & wife in favor of Chas.G.Ryan together with the
<br /> notes and obligations secured thereby --which said mortgage was recorded in the records

<br /> conveys the following described premises,situated in the said County of Hall and State
<br /> of Nebraska,to-wit : The North East quarter of the South West quarter and the North West
<br /> quarter of the South East quarter and Lots 9-10-e1and 12 of the County Subdivision, of the ,
<br /> NW4 and the W.2 of the NE4 all in Section 5 Township 10 N of R-10 West of the 6."P.M.
