B. Bell of the County of Hall and State of *duals, a certain Mortgage bearing date <br /> the 22 day of August 1903 made by Albert J. Filsinger & wife in favor of The Grand <br /> Island College together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said <br /> mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, <br /> in Book 32 of Mortgages, at Page 282, and conveys the following described premises, <br /> situated in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit : The North East <br /> uarter of the South West quarter and the North West quarter of the South East quarter <br /> Sec. 5 Town 10 Range 10 and Lots 9-10-11 & 12 of the County Sub-divission of the <br /> N4 1/4 W. 1/2 NE 1/4 Sec. 5 Town 10 Range 10. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the <br /> said G. B. Bell his executors, administrators, or assi-ns, subject only to the provisos <br /> in said Mortgage contained. Dated this 24 day of January A.
