<br /> bearing date the 29th day of April A.D. 1907 , made A.A & Lena May Hastings in favor of H.
<br /> S. Eaton together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said Mortgage was
<br /> recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 31 of
<br /> Mortgages, at Page 534, and coveys "the following described premises, situated in said
<br /> County of Hall and state of Nebraska, to-wit East one half (f) of South west one quarter
<br /> (-a) of Section Four (4) in Township No. Nine (9) North Range Twelve(12) West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. containing Eighty (80) acres , more or less according to government survey.
