<br /> and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto the said party of the second part
<br /> a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 21 day of March, in the year One Thousand
<br /> Nine Hundred and Eight made by Leonard W. Woodman and Eliza Woodman, (his wife) in favor
<br /> of Lucy E. Drollinger, and conveying the W* NW* & It4 SW*, section No. 33 in Township
<br /> No.. 9 in Range No. 12 of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska and which
<br /> said mortgage was recorded in the office of County Clerk in the county of Hall on the 23"
<br /> day of March, in the year 1908, in Book 30 of Mortgages , at page 509, together with the
<br /> notes or obligations therein described without recourse on me , in any event or for any
<br /> causer To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part , his executors
<br /> administrators , or assigns , subject only to the provisos of the said Indenture of Mort-
<br /> gage contained. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day
