<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand Dollars,
<br /> to me in hand paid, ha-- sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto
<br /> Hans Wiese of the County of Hall Ind State of Nebraska, a certain Mortgage bearing date
<br /> the 28 day of February, A.D. 1906, made in favor of Oliver W. Eaton, together with the
<br /> notes and obligations secured thereby signed by Noah Slutzman and Barbra Slutzman ( his
<br /> wife) and Harvey Slutzman (unmarried) which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of
<br /> the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 35 of Mortgages , at Page 308 , and
<br /> conveys the following described premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit: The South east Quarter of Section No. Thirty (30) , in Township No.
<br /> Eleven (11) , North, of Range No. Eleven, (11) , West of the 6th Principal Meridian.
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said Hans Wiese , his executors , adminis-
<br /> trators, or assigns , subject only to the provisions in said Mortgage contained.
