<br /> Fred W. Ashton, executor of the last will of Oliver C.Ashton, deceased, hereby release
<br /> the mortgage heretofore given by Lisetta F. Dunn and Thomas J. Dunn, her husband to 0.0.
<br /> Ashton, dated March 7th, 1903 , and in favor of O.C.Ashton, whose full name was Oliver A.
<br /> Ashton, and which Mortgage is ul'on and includes the Northwest quarter of Section number
<br /> fifteen (15) in township ten (10) North of Range twelve (12)West , ;.in Hull County, Nebraska,
<br /> and which mortgage is recorded in Book 31 of Mortgages at page 196 of the records of Hall
<br /> March,Nebraska; Dates this 10th day of March, 1908.

<br /> Essex County, Massachusetts , of the first part , in consideration of the sum of Twenty eight
<br /> Hundred oo/ Dollars , to me in hand paid by Trinity Church of Geneva, N.Y., of the second
<br /> part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do sell,
<br /> assign, and transfer unto the said part of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the first day of February, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three,
<br /> made by Jeremiah F. Lippincott and Samantha Lippincott , his wife , in favor of W.F.Buchanan
<br /> and duly assigned to Frank F. Williams conveying Lots 1 e, 2 in Section 5, Township 8,
<br /> North, Range 12, West of 6" P.M. in Adams Co. , and conveyig Lots 9 & 10 , Sec. 28, and NES
<br /> NE* and WI NE* Section No , 33, in Township No. , 9 , North in Range No . 12, West of the
<br /> 6th P.M. , in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded
<br /> i n the office of Register of Deeds in the said County of Adams & Hall on the 10th & 3rd
<br /> day of March, in the year 1903, in Books 72 & 32 of Mortgages, at pages 439 & 141 respect-
<br /> ively, together with the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse on me in
<br /> any event or for any cause: To Have and To Hold the same unto the said part/ of the second
<br /> part , its successors , or assigns , subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of
<br /> Mortgage contained. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th
<br /> day of February in the year one thousand nine hundred and eight .
