<br /> IN CONSIDERATION, of the payment of the debt named therein, the First Nation-
<br /> al Bank of Wood River, Nebraska, hereby releases the mortgage made to them by John M. &
<br /> Ada 0. Hopper on the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to
<br /> wit:- The west half of the North-fast quarter of the North-West quarter WI, NE , NW 1)
<br /> of section Five (5) in Township eleven (11) north, of Range Twelve (12) , west of 6th P.M.
<br /> also the west half of South-west quarter (W ' SW *) and the west three quarters of the
<br /> east half of south-west quarter of Section 32 , Township 12, north of Range 12 , W. 6th
<br /> P. I. Also Lot Four (4) of the County Subdivision of part of Section 19 , in Township 10 ,
<br /> North, Range 11, W. of the 6th P.I.Q. which is recorded in Book 31, of Real Estate , Mortgages
