<br /> Lake County, Utah, do hereby certify and declare that a certain mortgage bearing date the
<br /> second day of March, A. D. one thousand nine hundred and three, made and executed by
<br /> Lucius F. Southworth, a widower of Hall County, State of Nebraska, to me Emma E. Whitt—
<br /> ler, and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 27"
