<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That The Grand Island College of
<br /> the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred
<br /> Dollars, to it in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and tran-
<br /> sfer unto G. B. Bell of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain t`ortgage bear-
<br /> ing date the 10th day of April, 1903, made by Jerome Hayward, "widower" , in favor of The
<br /> Grand Island College together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said
<br /> mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in
<br /> Book 31, of Mortgages, at Page 211, and conveys the following described premises, situ-
<br /> ated in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit :The North West quarter, Sec-
<br /> g, Town 12, Range 11. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same .onto the said G. B. Bell, his exe-
<br /> cutors , administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage con-
<br /> tained.
<br /> Dated this 24th day of January, A. D. 190g.
