<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Catro State Bank, a corporation, of the

<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and
<br /> Fifteen ( $815 ) Dollars , to it in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell,
<br /> assign and transfer unto HENRY S. BALCOM, of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br /> a certain Mortgage bearing date the 6" day of December, A. D. 1905, made by John J.
<br /> Brewer and Angie C. Brewer, his wife, in favor of the Cairo State Bank, together with
<br /> the notes and obligations secured thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the
<br /> County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 31 of Mortgages, at Page 417, and con—
<br /> veys the following described premises situated in said County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska, to—wit : The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Number Thirty— one
<br /> (31 ), Township number Twelve ( 12 ), North, Range Eleven ( 11 ) West of the Sixth P. M.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Henry S, Balcom, his executors, admin—
<br /> istrators or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said mortgage contained.
<br /> In testimony Whereof, the said The Cairo State Bank has caused these presents to be ex—
