<br /> and herbicides,valatil�solvents,rnaterials�on#aining ash�stos or formaldehyde,and ra.dioa�tive nlaterials;

<br /> that r�late ta health,safety or environmenta.l pr�tectian; �c� "En�ironmental�leanup" includes ax�y
<br /> resp�nse acti�n,remedial action,vr removal action,as def�ned in Environm�ntal La��v;and td}an
<br /> "Enviranmentai�anditi�n"means a conditi�n that can cause,Contribute to,vr otherwise trigger an
<br /> Envirvnmental Cleanup.
<br /> Borrawer shall not�ause or permit the presence,use,disposal, storage,ar release af any Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or threaten ta release any Hazardous Substances,on or in the Property. Borrovver sha�l not
<br /> da,nor a1�vw any�n�else to do,anything affe�tin�the Property(a}that is in violation of a�ly En�ironmental
<br /> La��v,�b}whi�h cr�ates an Enviranmentai�ondition,or�c}��vhi�h,due tn the presence,use,or release of
<br /> a Hazardau�Substance,creates a condition that ad�ersely af�'ects the�alue ofthe Proper�.The preceding
<br /> t�o senten�es shall n�t apply to the pres�nce,use,ar st�rage�n the Praperty af sma�l quant�ties of
<br /> Haza.rdous Substances that are generally rec�gnized to be ap�ropriate to nonnal residentral uses and to
<br /> maintenance of the Property{inc�uding,but not 1im�ted to,hazardaus su�stances in can�um�r pr�ducts}.

<br /> o�her actian b��axly gQvernm�nta.l or regulatary agency or private party inv�l�ing th�Property and an�r
<br /> Hazardous Substance or Environmenta,l Law of`�vhi�h Borr�ti�rer has actuall�.novvledg�, tb}any
<br /> En�ironmental�ondition,including but not limited ta,any spilling,leaking,di��haxge,release�r thr�at
<br /> �f release�f any Hazardous Substance,and�c}any cvndition caused by the presen�e,use or release of
<br /> a Hazardous Substa.nCe v�hich adversely a.ffects th�value�f the Property.�f Borrower learns,or is n�tified
<br /> by any governmenta.l or regulatory authvrity,or any private patt�,that any remaval or ather remediati�n
