<br /> ��anspor��d or atherwise hand�ed. The words "Hazardous Subs�ances" are used in their�ery broadest sense and
<br /> inciude wifhou� limitation any and all hazardous or �oxic substances, materia�s or waste as defined by �r listed
<br /> under�he Environmental Laws. The�erm "Hazardous Substances" als� includes, w��thaut fimita�ion, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-praduc�s or any fra�tian thereo�and asbest�s.
<br /> Impra�ements. The word "lmpro�ements" means a�l ex�s�ing and �uture impro�ements, bu�ldings, s�ru�tures,
<br /> mobile homes aff�xed on the Rea� Proper�y, faciiities, additions, rep�acements and othe� cons�ruction on the Rea1
<br /> Property.
<br /> lndebtedness. Th� word "indebtedness" means a�l pr�ncipal, interes�, and ofh�r amaunts, cflsts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreemen� or Reiated Documen#s, t�gether with all renewals v�, extensions vf,
<br /> madifica�ions af, consalidations vf and substi�ut�ons �or the �redit Agreement or Relat�d Documents and any
<br /> amounts expended ar advanced by Lend�r tv discharge Trustor's obligations or �xpenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce Trus�or's ob[igations und�r this Deed af Trust, together wi�h interest an such amaun�s as
<br /> pro�ided in this ❑eed a�Trust.
<br /> Ler�der. The word "L�nder" means BANK �F THE V11EST, i�s su�cessors and assigns. The words "succ�ssors or
<br /> assigns"mean any person.ar company�hat acquires any in�erest in th��redit Agreement. .
<br /> Personal Praperty. The words "Pers�nal Proper�y" mean ail equipment, �Fixfures, and o�her articles �� personal
<br /> properky naw or hereafter owned by Trustor, and naw or hereaf�er afi�ached or affixed �o the Real Pr�perty;

<br /> Related Docum�nts. The words "Re�ated Documents" mean all promissory na�es, ���dit a�r�ements, laan
<br /> agreements, en��ronmental agreements, gua�anties, securi�y agreements, martgages, deeds of �rus�, securi�y
<br /> deeds, co�la�er�l ma�tgages, and al! o�her �ns�ruments, ag�-eements and documen�s, whethsr now ar h�reaf�er
<br /> existing, �xecut�d in conn�c�ion with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Ren�s. The word "Renfs" means a�l present and fu#ure ren�s, reWenues, inc�me, issues, royait��s, profits, and
