<br /> substa.nces: gasoline,kerosene,other flammabte or taxic petro�eum praduct�,toxic pesticides and herbicides,
<br /> volatile so�vents, materials containing asbestos or formaldehyde, and rad�oactive materials; (b)
<br /> "�nvirortmentc�l�,�w"means federallaws and laws vf�he jurisdict�on where�he property is located th��
<br /> re�ate to health, safety or environmental protection; (c} "Er�vi�onm�r�tal Cleanup"include�at�y re�ponse
<br /> action, remedial action� or removal action, as defined in Environmen�al Law; and(d}an "�r��uiror�►nerctal
<br /> Car�ditiorc"means a condition that can cause, contribute to, ar otherwise trigger an En�ironmental Cleanup.
<br /> Barrawer sha11 not cause or perm�t the presence,use,di�posal, stora�e,or rel�ase of any Hazardous
<br /> Subst�nces,or thr�a��en to releas�e an�Ha.�a.�dflus S�bst�nces,on or in the Property. Borrower shall not do,
<br /> nor a11o�v anyone e�se to da,anythi�g affecting the Froperty�a}that is in�riolation af any Environm�ntal
<br /> Law, (b}�vhich creates an Environmental Condition,or(e}which,due to the presence,use,�r releas�of a
<br /> Ha�ardous Substa.nce,creates a condition that adversely affects the value of tlae property.The preceding�wo
<br /> sentences sha11 not app�y t�the presence,use,or storage on the Property of sma11 quantities of Hazardous
<br /> Substances that are generally recognized to be appropriate to narmal resident�a�uses and to maintenance af
<br /> the property(including,but not�imited to,hazardous substances in.cansumer products}.
<br /> Borro�ver sha11 promptly g�ve Lender wri�ten notiee of�a}any investigation,claim,demand, lawsuit ar other
<br /> action b�any governmen�a.I or regula�ory agenc�or pri�ate part��nvol�ring the Property and any Hazardous
<br /> Sub�tan�e ar Enviranmental Law of which Borrotiver has actual kno�vtedg�, (b)any Environmenta�
<br /> Condition, including but not limited to,any spilling, leaking,discharge,release or�hreat of r�l�ase of any
<br /> Hazardou�Substance,and(c}an�condition ca�ased by the pre��nce,use or re�ease of a i�azardous Substance
<br /> which adversely affects the va�ue of the Proper�y. If Barrotiver learns,or is n�tifi�d by any�overnmental or
<br /> regulator�r authority,ar any private party,that any removal o�'other r�mediation of any Hazardous Sub�tance
<br /> affecting�he Property is necessary,Borrower sha�l promptly take al�necessary remedial actions in
<br /> accordance with Environmental La�v.No�hing her�in sha11 create any obligation on Lender for an
<br /> Environmental Cleanup.
<br /> Non-Uniform�ovenants.Borrovver and Lender covenant and agree as follows;

<br /> Borrnwer's breach af any covenant or agreement in this Security Instrument�but not priar tv
