<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated August 29, 2012, April 16, 2009, December 1, 1994 and October
<br />23, 1998 and Assignment of Rents dated August 29, 2012, executed by Five Points Bank, Trustee
<br />of Timothy S Spiehs and Lisa M Spiehs, Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which were recorded in the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as Document No. 201207291 on the 31st day of August, 2012, as
<br />Document No. 200902940 on the 20th day of April , 2009, as Document No. 94- 109705 on the 6
<br />day of December, 1994, as Document No. 98- 110568 on the 29 day of October, 1998 and as
<br />Document No. 201207292 on the 31st day of August, 2012.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT SEVEN (7), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SIXTEEN (16), IN BAKERS ADDITION
<br />AND ITS COMPLEMENT FRACTIONAL LOT SEVEN (7), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK ONE (1), IN
<br />WOODBINE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />More Commonly Known As 2120 w 1ST Street, Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 6th day of October, 2014.
