<br />State Bank of Scotia is named as Beneficiary and Trustee, and filed for record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 12, 2012, as Instrument No. 201204680;
<br />and the Deed of Trust executed by DENNIS BUDDE and KAY BUDDE as Trustors, in which
<br />State Bank of Scotia is named as Beneficiary and Trustee, and filed for record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 31, 2009, as Instrument No. 200907170;
<br />upon the following- described property to -wit:

<br />which is commonly known as 9425 West One -R Road, Cairo, Nebraska;
<br />together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all
<br />water and riparian rights, ditches, and water stock and all existing or future improyements,
<br />structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the
<br />real estate described above.
