The design and construction shall <br />be in conformity with sound architectural and engineering standards No portion of any building <br />constructed including architectural features shall exceed a height 35 feet above the center of the <br />intersection of State Street and Lawrence Lane. <br />13. All final engineering plans and specifications for public <br />improvements shall bear the signature and seal of a professional engineer registered in the State of <br />Nebraska and shall be furnished by the Subdivider to the Department of Public Works for approval <br />prior to contracting for construction of any improvements.
