<br />WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust executed in favor ofNEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as
<br />Beneficiary, by WESLEY T TJADEN AND HEATHER A TJADEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT
<br />TENANTS, as Grantor, with GARY D. BYRNE, A MEMBER OF THE NEBRASKA STATE BAR
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, was recorded 7/18/2005, as Document # 0200506673, Hall Register of Deeds County
