<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1), Grand Island Mall Twelfth
<br />Subdivision, in the Cily of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract
<br />containing 8.996 acres more or less.

<br />Indiana Limited Liability Company, being the owner of the land described
<br />hereon, has caused some to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated
