HUMPHREY, a single person, of a Lease dated October 1, 2014, <br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and David J. Humphrey, a single person, is the <br />Lessee, such lease commenced October 1, 2014, and terminates September 30, 2049, <br />and pertains to: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) situated on the West side of <br />the West portion of Kuester Lake and being a part of the East Half <br />of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW'/) in Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Collateral Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />7 Debtor to Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union, as additional security for payment of a <br />r - "..Note in the amount of $144,000.00 and a Financing Statement or mortgage or trust deed <br />rn <br />covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />C) <br />rn <br />va <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this 7 day of October, 2014, by Ken Patrick, President of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />GENERAL NOTARY • State of Nebraska <br />LORI J.
