201406486 <br /> sentences shall not apply to the presence, use, or storage on the Property of sinall quantities of Hazardous <br /> Substances that are generally recognized to be appropriate to norinal residential uses and to inaintenance of <br /> the Property(including, but not liinited to, hazardous substances in consuiner products), <br /> Borrower shall promptly give Lender written notice of(a) any investigation, claim, dem�ild, lawsuit or other <br /> action by any governillental or regulatary agency or private party involving the Property and any Hazardous <br /> Substance or Envirorunental Law of which Borrower lias actual knowledge, (b) any Enviromnental <br /> Condition, including but not lilnited to, any spilling, lealcing, discharge, release or threat of release of any <br /> Hazardous Substance, and(c)any condition caused by the presence, use or release of a Hazardous Substance <br /> which adversely affects the value of the Property. If Borrower learils, or is notified by any goveriunental or <br /> regulatoi�y authority, or any private party, that any removal or other reinediation of any Hazardous Substance <br /> affecting the Property is necessary, Borrower shall �romptly take all necessary remedial actions in <br /> accordance with Enviromneutal Law. Nothing herein sllall create any obligation on Lender for an <br /> Envirorunental Cleanup, <br /> Non-Uniform Covenants. Borrower and Lender covenant and agree as follows: <br /> 22. Acceleration; Remedies.
