JONES FAMILY TRUST, recorded in the Office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 201401451 has been paid and JANIECE M. <br />JONES, TRUSTEE OF THE PATRICK M. JONES FAMILY TRUST, Beneficiary, has <br />requested Cathleen H.
