PARTEN and CONNIE J. PARTEN, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to HOME <br />FEDERAL BANK, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to <br />Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $136,000.00 the Lease dated September 1, 2014, <br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors are the Lessees, pertaining to the <br />following- described premises: <br />Lot Five (5), at Kuester Lake in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(EV2SW'/) of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, situated on the <br />West side of Westerly portion of said lake having a lakefront footage of <br />Fifty (50) feet and bounded on the Northerly side by the common road. <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $136,000.00 with <br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the <br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void <br />and of no further force nor effect. <br />rr ©Ghlaer <br />DATED: September , 2014. <br />r- <br />ran <br />r9re <br />rn <br />eon <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified in said County, personally came William F. <br />Parten and Connie J. Parten, husband and wife, as Assignors, and who are known to me <br />to be the identical persons whose name is so affixed to the foregoing Collateral <br />Assignment of Lease Agreement, and they acknowledge their execution thereof to be <br />their voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein stated. <br />
