Cornelius, jointly with right of survivorship in the said <br /> Max J. Cornelius; that in truth and in fact, Max J. Cornelius owned said <br /> propert9 in his own right and purchased the same from his own earnings and <br /> therefore did not operate to pass to him by law but was his in his own <br /> right and there is no inheritance tax due or owing on said estate by virtue <br /> of the death of Ruth Cornelius, deceased; that said estate was of tne fair <br /> and reasonable market value of � 49,600.00 on June 15, 1963. <br /> IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY Ti� CUURT tizat there is <br /> no inheritance tax due or owing on the estate , either real or personal as <br /> described in exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by virtue of <br /> the death��of Ruth Cornelius, deceased under the laws of the State of Nebr- <br /> -'r.r�,.� <br /> aska or_ t.the'��Uni:t�:d States of America; that Max J.
