<br /> fees herein; thet Edward H. G. Rhoda, the executor herein, h�s

<br /> this Court on October 19, 1962, forever barring any claiu�s against
<br /> said estate; other than the two claims filed within the tirae
<br /> allowed by law; and, that all Fersons having claims against said

<br /> that Henry D. Rhoda passed away testate in Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, on the 5th day of Pday, 1962, being at tha� time
<br /> 78 years of age, and being at the time of his death a citizen
<br /> and a residant of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and tliat he
<br /> left surviving him as his sole and only heirs-at-law, and benefici-
<br /> aries of his estate, the following, namelys
<br /> l�iartha H. Rhoda, his widow, of 323 ��est Plinth
<br /> Street, Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br /> Edward H. G. Rhoda, a son, of 1204 South Lincoln
<br /> Avenuet Grand Island, Nebraska�
<br /> Henry F�., Rhoda, a son, of Cairo, Nebraska;
<br /> Lenora M. Robertson, a stepdaughter, of 103 �ay
<br /> Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
<br /> Further, that the said deceased was previously �arried, that his
<br /> first wife, Bertha 3ophia Rhoda, died on Auqust `L2, 1951, and that
<br /> they were the paxent� of the two sons above namedp that deceased
<br /> thereafter married Martha H. Rhoda, who survived him, on March 25,
<br /> I953, that she had previously been married and has o.1e daughter,
<br /> Lenora M. Robertson� that no children were �aorn to deceased and
<br /> his second wife= and, that �he sai.d deceased was not survived by
<br /> any othg�r children; or by any children of a deceased child.
