Helzer, Deceased ; <br /> Now on this 12th day of April, 1963, +�his matter came on <br /> for hearing upon the final report and account and tbe petition for <br /> final settlement of account of the administrator, and for a decree <br /> of heirship herein, and due and legal notice of hearing having been <br /> given as provided by law, and the Court being fully advised in the <br /> premises, finds: <br /> 1. That said final account is correct and should be al- <br /> lowed. <br /> 2. That Che statements and allegations in said petition <br /> for final settlement are true and correct. <br /> 3. That said administrator took possession of the personal <br /> property belonoing to said estate and has converCed all of said per- <br /> sonal property 3.nto cash. That said administrator has paid all of <br /> the debts and claims allowed aad the costs and expenses of administra- <br /> tion, <br /> 4.
