IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJWGED, AND DECREED �BY THE COURT : that a12 claims not now on file in this estate be and the same are forever barred. The Court further finds that the State inheritance ta:ces levied and assessed in this estate have been paid and satisfied, and receipts filed therefor; that both the Federal and State estate tar.es have been paid in full, and receipts filed therefor, anc3 final clearance obtained. The Court further finds that the expenses of the last illness, funeral expenses, and the expenses of adminis- tering this estate, including attorney fees, have been paid in full and receipts filed th`refor, and that the Executors have waived any Executors' fees, ihe Ceurt f�.irther finds that the special bequests have been delivered and receipts filed therefor. Z'he Court fcrther finds that the Exec�tors have accounted to the peraons entitled thereto ±or their income and expenditures, and tne account has been apuroved. The Court further finds t�zat there will r�main, as of January lst� 1903, certain items of personal proper�y, which items are now uncertain, which by agreement between the parties is to be delivered to Grar.d Island Trust Company as Trustee; the Couzt further finds tnere will be sorne additional charges, and that the said Grand Island Trust Conpany s}lould be authorized to �ay any addition charges, such as, for example, income tax for the year , 1962. � IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Executors do deliver to said Grand �sland Trust Company all pereonal property remaining in their possession as of January lst, 1963, and in the event there be any after acquired property, personal or real, belonging to the Oren A.
